Stirring Super Roaster
Currently, the sand-bath roasting is widely adopted as a method of roasting barley, soybeans, and brewing wheat. The sand used as the heating medium in this method may cause problems when it is accidentally mixed with the food. Various types of other roasting methods, which do not use sand, have been devised. However, these methods cause so much air flow that the materials can become too dry. Therefore, it is difficult to evenly roast the materials having different grain shapes like brewing wheat or the materials having a large grain size like coffee beans. This machine has been developed to solve these problems.
Features
- (1) Clean roasting is performed without using sand.
- (2) This machine performs more even roasting than stirring devices.
- (3) Brewing wheat, barley-tea barley, soybeans, coffee beans, and various types of nuts can be automatically roasted.
- (4) You can use kerosene, utility gas, propane gas, fuel oil, or the like as the fuel.
